I went there with my husband and 3 boys recently. The room size was very accommodating, but dated as was the decor for the entire inn. We stayed in a loft on the 4th floor. The view of the property from our room was beautiful. Off the property a short walk away was the town square that had a lot to offer such as a couple of great restaurants, pizza and ice cream shops, etc. It also offered bike and kayak rentals. There was even a beach off the town square as well. There was however a couple dissapointments with our stay. When we booked our hotel it said they offered breakfast as part of the package so come morning we go down to the lobby and all they had was plain donuts and muffins individually wrapped in plastic wrap. They were hard as rocks. The juice they offered was in juice containers with no lids. Very disappointing! We had to go to the town square which was very expensive. We were exploring the inn when we got there and on the first floor is a big beautiful dining room, restaurant style with a full kitchen so we were excited about breakfast the next morning, very misleading. They need to change their website about the breakfast because if you were planning on a value especially what we paid( it was pricey), you'll definitely be dissapointed. They do have a pool, but it wasn't what we expected, I believe it was only 4 ft deep, kid friendly, but not adult and teen friendly. So we definitely won't be staying there again!
Doesn't look like its had any maintenance in many years, tvs were from the early 90s.
Found a pill/tablet on the ground (travelling with a toddler), cheese crackers under the bed, sheets didn't look changed because there was short black hairs all through them, huge bag of rubbish left on the floor in the lobby, tea/coffee was $1.25, breakfast was dry muffins, hard donuts and lukewarm coffee.
nice but very dated
Giving three starts because of the free Breakfast was disappointing with just donut and muffin with coffee and orange juice...:(
Booked for three nights, stayed for one.
Nice staff. Beautiful grounds. Rooms are dated but nice and clean.
